Elijah Care is a ministry devoted to strengthening the stricken pastor. Many of us entered into ministry for the purpose of serving Christ and His Church–only to find ourselves soon stricken by the struggles of ministry. These include the baggage we bring with us into ministry, successive trials, ongoing conflict with those whom we seek to serve, as well as our own personal temptations and failings. Elijah is described as “a man subject to like passions as we are.” (James 5:17) And yet, after a seemingly great victory on Mt. Carmel, we find him questioning his life, his ministry, and his future. And that was where God ministered to him, strengthened him, and gave him hope. (1 Kings 18-19)
About Elijah Care
Scripture is filled with accounts of God’s servants who have suffered in ministry; Elijah, David, Jeremiah, Paul, and, of course, Jesus Christ. With the exception of Christ, each suffered not only from his own weaknesses, but also at the hands of others. But as much as the Bible describes the suffering of God’s servants, it also provides us with the hope and answers for the same.
At Elijah Care, we take a Bible based approach to deliver this same hope and direction. From beginning to end, the counseling is firmly established in God’s inerrant and all sufficient Word.
What We Offer
